Make a prior visit to your venue and carefully plan the event layout.
Communicate with your venue manager and/or event organiser to ensure the night will run smoothly from an operational point. Room access, parking, set up time, audiovisual, power access etc.

As I said, we like to leave nothing to chance!

There are two main areas to be covered, with our extensive experience we will comfortably guide you through.

Visually your room must pop with excitement and class, as that is what your guests will expect. We have an enormous range of backdrops and props to ensure your guests receive an authentic experience.
Your guests will require a comfortable space to move around in; but not too much, we don’t want the all-important atmosphere to be compromised.
